Annual Meeting

Date: June 24th, 2018.

Time: 1:00 PM

Just a reminder that Exit 7 will hold their Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 24 at 1pm at the Theater located at 37 Chestnut Street, Ludlow, MA. All members are welcome and able to participate in discussion and voting. Attached you will find the proposed By-law amendments, agenda for the annual meeting, and the list of current members running to be on the Board of Directors. Members running to be on the Board should be prepared to communicate how they will contribute to the theater and its productions.

Immediately following the annual meeting, the first meeting of the 2018-2019 season will also take place, members still welcome. For those of you who are elected to be on the Board of Directors, please plan on staying for both meetings.

We would like to thank everyone that continues to support Exit 7 and its productions and cannot wait to see what the future holds!
